Support MJPEG and JPEG2000 Codecs for CVF Talker/Listener Apps

• CVF talker/listener applications need major rework. Right now the applications are tightly coupled to H264 codec.
• H264 example hangs when listener app is started before talker app.
• MJPEG is used for certain automotive cameras and should be supported.
