We have a request to include tags in a column of the repo spreadsheets (for both HF and GH). Should be [topics from GH](https://github.com/Imageomics/catalog/blob/20902c00302cb783f9b9e85dae26665dd9cb6b78/main.js#L172) and [tags from HF](https://github.com/Imageomics/catalog/blob/20902c00302cb783f9b9e85dae26665dd9cb6b78/main.js#L233C18-L233C46).
