I am using the newly updated modelseed.org website. The SBML file was downloaded directly from the model viewer page.
1.SBML download problem: When I download the SBML file , the file does not appear to be a standard SBML XML format. When opened in a browser or text editor, it shows key-value style text such as kbase_compartment_data, modelseed_template_id: cpdXXXX_c, etc., instead of proper XML structure. This makes it incompatible with COBRA Toolbox readCbModel().
2.TSV download unavailable: The TSV download option does not work (button is either missing or fails to download).
My questions:
1.Is there a way to obtain properly formatted SBML files that are compatible with COBRA Toolbox?
2.Are there any workarounds or upcoming fixes to generate legacy-style files (or equivalent TSV/cpdtbl-like tables for compounds and reactions)?
3.Would you recommend using ModelSEEDpy / KBase for exporting more compatible models?
I have attached screenshots of the download file contents(DC1RawModel.xml &DC1RawModel.json ) and the download page for your reference
DC1RawModel.xml
DC1RawModel.json
