Delete or move some registrations to a "deprecated" branch.

Some registrations/folders are from previous phases of Translator and may not be needed.

After talking with Chunlei, the first step can be looking for folders that don't correspond to any current SmartAPI registration. Move these to a /attic folder.

Also don't just delete folders.

Related note: there are old open issues + PRs (pre-2020), and we could also consider what to do with those.

Overall this seems to be very low priority...
