MiLyfe — THE ULTIMATE MANUAL

Version 1.0 Official

This is the single source of truth. If any other document disagrees, this manual wins.

PART ONE — WHAT MILYFE IS

The One-Line Pitch

One signup, one profile, your whole life together — community-owned, free forever, alive from the moment you open it.

What It Is

MiLyfe is a digital voluntary commons. A sovereign community platform where:

  • One account does everything (money, learning, marketplace, governance, safety, messaging, media, work)
  • People own it by running it, holding keys, voting in their place, forking if captured
  • Every device is a node on the mesh
  • It works when the internet fails
  • Human development is the product (not engagement metrics, not advertising, not data extraction)

What It Is Not

  • Not a government, not a state, not a nation
  • Not a nonprofit, not a company, not equity
  • Not a bank, not an exchange, not a financial institution
  • Not a court of record, not a land registry
  • Not a hospital, not a law firm, not the police

The Problem Statement

Jacksonville spends ~55% on public safety and ~3.5% on human development. MiLyfe inverts that. Presence, skill, speed to help — not cages.

The Protocol (Bitcoin Split)

The protocol is unregistered and ownerless — like BTC.
Users own it by running nodes, holding keys, voting in their place, forking if captured.
Doorways (shops, ramps) are people and businesses who choose to accept $MLY. If they custody or cash out for the public, THEY follow MSB/MiCA/local rules. MiLyfe does not run that booth.

The Oath (24 Immutable Principles)

It begins where the American promise begins — and it belongs to everyone:

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America." — Preamble to the U.S. Constitution (public domain)

Anyone, anywhere can sign up from day one. MiLyfe is universal from the first day it opens — not US-only, not invite-gated, not "coming to your country later." A person in any nation can create one account and use the whole platform immediately. The United States (starting in Jacksonville) is simply where it is being proven first — the proving ground, not a gate on who may join. As communities and nations adopt it, the platform evolves to honor their founding promises and their law of the land (see Principle 16), but no one anywhere has to wait for that to begin.

"We the People" is not one nation's slogan here — it is the shared principle underneath all of them: the people hold the power. MiLyfe does not claim to be a government, a state, or a legal authority (see Principle 18). It is a voluntary commons built to help the People live out that promise in daily life: government by the people and for the people, wherever they live. The American Preamble opens with three words — We the People — and those three words are where this Oath begins. It begins here; it belongs to everyone.

These principles cannot be changed by any vote.

  1. We the People. Power belongs to the people and stays with them — everywhere, from day one. Anyone, anywhere can join and hold that power immediately; no one waits for permission or for their country to be "added." MiLyfe exists to deliver government by the people and for the people in practice, not as a slogan. It is proven first in the United States and evolves as other nations adopt it, each keeping power with their own people. Everything below serves this. This is the whole play.
  2. Voluntary above all.
  3. Free forever for rights, learning, emergency.
  4. Every device is a node.
  5. Humans over helpers. Mi serves.
  6. Rights are not features.
  7. Works when internet and cell fail.
  8. Worst-case-first.
  9. Dignity is not earned.
  10. No permanent power.
  11. OSI open source forever.
  12. Freedom to exit with your data.
  13. Evolution is expected.
  14. Every domain connected.
  15. Physical meets digital.

PART TWO — $MLY LEGAL FRAMEWORK

What $MLY Is

A community credit issued by public rules within the MiLyfe platform. Real from day one. No CEO. No founder mint. No APY. No "investment in our team."

What People Can Do With $MLY (From Day One)

Earn it:

  • UBI: weekly credits to every verified human member
  • Quests: complete real community tasks (verify resources, teach, clean, care)
  • Contributions: care, peace, teach, keep, build, consented sensor operation
  • Circulation bonuses: small, capped bonuses for accepting and spending locally

Spend it:

  • Marketplace purchases (goods, services, food, rides)
  • Shop payments (any shop that chooses to accept)
  • Thank someone by name
  • Community project donations
  • Circle treasury contributions

Trade it (voluntary, legal, from day one):

  • Peer-to-peer swap with anyone who consents
  • Cash, BTC, goods, food, labor — anywhere two people agree
  • No permission needed from MiLyfe or anyone else
  • The protocol does NOT geo-fence a peer payment

Save it:

  • Personal jars (goals, emergency fund)
  • Household shared jars (rent, food, kids)
  • Community pots (place treasury, circle treasury)

What MiLyfe Does NOT Do

  • Does not run an exchange (no order book, no market-making, no listing)
  • Does not custody other people's money (your credits, your keys, your export)
  • Does not sell $MLY (no ICO, no token sale, no investor allocation, no pre-mine beyond UBI)
  • Does not pitch $MLY as an investment (no APY, no yield, no dividends, no appreciation promise)
  • Does not set the price (peer swaps happen at whatever rate two people agree to)
  • Does not restrict peer-to-peer trading between consenting adults

The Peer-Swap Legal Basis

Two people can voluntarily exchange anything they both consent to. This is basic commerce and barter, legal everywhere.

If someone runs a public cash-out booth or exchange desk, THEY are the exchange. They follow MSB/MiCA/local rules. MiLyfe does not operate that booth. We may list self-declared community doorways (places that accept $MLY) — listing is not operating.

What Requires Community Vote + Legal Review to Activate

  • Public exchange listing (Uniswap, CEX, etc.)
  • Cross-border automated exchange infrastructure
  • Merchant POS integration with fiat settlement

Legal Nature (Said Plainly)

$MLY is a community credit. It is not a security (no expectation of profit from others' efforts). It is not a commodity (no underlying asset). It is not a currency (not issued by a government). It is a voluntary medium of exchange within a community — same legal category as arcade tokens, airline miles, or co-op store credit — except members can freely trade them peer-to-peer because we don't restrict that right.

Issuance Rules

  • Weekly UBI: every verified human member. Not shops. Not helpers. Not extra cards. Kids: gift-only until money-age.
  • Contribution: care, peace, teach, keep, build, consented sensors. Local first.
  • Circulation: small, capped bonuses for accepting and spending locally and teaching the pocket.
  • NEVER: founder cut, investor allocation, HODL contest, referral pyramid, buying a right.
  • Default pot split: 70% place / 30% commons (so Jacksonville is not drained by distant farms).
  • Earn caps per week (so whales cannot eat UBI).

Safeguards

  • 34% treasury circuit breaker: spending over 34% of total $MLY triggers 48-hour cool-down + 80% supermajority required
  • No deprivation: no ledger debit that would cause negative balance
  • Freeze: safety freeze available for abuse situations (leave-now)
  • Export: full transaction history exportable at any time, even during disputes
  • Three pots visible: Weekly (yours) / Thanks (what you received) / Place (community)

PART THREE — THE FIVE TABS

Members see: Pocket | Learn | Street | Voice | You — plus Mi in the corner.

All Mi* internal module names are invisible to members. They belong in architecture diagrams and builder docs only.

Pocket

Your $MLY credits. One number. See weekly UBI land. Thank someone by name. Put money in a jar. Round-up to the street pot. Send. Receive. History with receipts.

What you see:

  • Animated balance (springs when changing)
  • Three pots: Weekly / Thanks / Place
  • "Walking" animation when credits are in transit
  • Transaction history with real-time updates
  • UBI arrival celebration (green pulse)
  • Send-thanks with double-spend protection
  • Jars (goals, shared, emergency)

Learn

Education journey. Heavy investment. Not a buried module.

  • Surplus: food that will spoil, free stuff, needs
  • Resources: shelters, food banks, legal aid, clinics (with freshness dates)
  • Shops: pinned on the street, hours, accessibility, surplus, hire boards
  • Rides: "I'm going to [place] at [time], room for 2"
  • Care exchange: trade hours, not money
  • MiPulse: weather of the block (ambient health indicator)

Mi

The overall helper. Ambient, not a chatbot panel.

What you experience:

  • Contextual — notices when you're on a deadline screen and offers help
  • Named personalities show up: "Nia here — your credits just arrived" / "Rue: I see you have a court date in 5 days"
  • DOES things: drafts quests, posts marketplace, finds rides, looks up resources
  • Learns your patterns: "You usually check on Gran at 10 AM. It's 10:30."
  • Honest: sources visible, confidence shown, "I don't know" when uncertain, "Ask a person" always available
  • Labeled: not a person, not a lawyer, not the police

PART FOUR — EVERY LIFE SITUATION

MiLyfe is not one app for one kind of person. Every situation from Book A §V:

Neighborhoods

Full street organs: pot, class, pulse, story, shop pin. Care and peace. Never face-hunt the block.

Single Parents

Kid hours coordination, food, rides, night class compatibility, babysit swaps. Confirmed care. Never judge their private life.

Abused People

Leave-now (one tap: freeze jars, hide location, remove devices, shelter list). Hidden visibility. Safety is not earned. Never force a table with an abuser.

Orphans / Foster / Aged-Out

Steward on the profile. Learn path. First-home jar. Time-boxed path boost. Never pity feed.

Homeless

Profile does NOT require an address. "Where do you spend time?" Library/kiosk OK. Showing up to a path earns. Never demand an ID they don't have.

Elderly

Check-ins THEY set (not surveillance). Rides. Story-keeping (their voice, their history). Visits the elder confirms. Never silent tracking.

Crews / Gangs

Peace table. Exit pathways (work, art, sport, parenting). Verified peace and good conduct rewarded. Never pay for territory or "protection."

Jail / Prison

Offline lessons. Family contact where the facility allows. Courses and teaching others inside. Never contraband, escape, or fraud.

Just Out / Probation

Day-one pocket (first-month credits). Clothes/food jar. Real ID help. Job board (neighbors first). Calendar with dates. Work weeks and no-new-harm windows. Never hide from a lawful officer.

Kids

Kim's desk. Tutors. Play streets. Learning — no $MLY until money-age. Adult DMs and public location NEVER allowed. Games, sandbox, vault, stickers, interactive stories. Safety always one tap away.

The Tuesday Test (Acceptance Criteria)

Wake → optional check-in → kid to class or street tutor → surplus food pin → Learn path → thank the neighbor → vote shade sails → evening hello (not a patrol) → story only if you tap in.

If a person can do this on a Tuesday with no internet, no car, and a 6th-grade reading level, the product works.

P0 Coordination Layer (The Genuine New Invention)

These seven systems are what MiLyfe needs to BUILD — they don't exist anywhere:

  1. MiAction — Common human-action protocol. Every consequential action carries: actor, role, place, jurisdiction, audience, purpose, sensitivity, state, approvals, consent, source, expiry, reversal rules, appeal route, offline rule, human-readable explanation.

  2. MiScope — Relationship, permission, and consent graph. Purpose-bound authorization across household, child, shop, recovery, teacher, keeper, mediator, auditor, helper, and temporary roles. Youth assent + guardian permission. Emergency exceptions. "What can this person see?" preview.

  3. MiReceipt — Understandable proof of every consequential action. Answers: What happened? What did not? Who sees it? Which policy applied? Can it be undone? When does it expire? How do I appeal? Portable, printable, translatable, cryptographically verifiable.

  4. MiWalk — Offline action and conflict engine. What the product does when delayed offline actions disagree. Distinct from MiDTN (transport). Classifies: mergeable, rejectable, reservable, expiring, human-review actions. Never auto-resolves money, guardianship, or binding ballots.

  5. MiSource — Provenance, freshness, and correction protocol. Every resource carries: source, maintainer, place, verification method, checked date, expiration, confidence, language, correction history, safe-when-stale behavior.

  6. MiHandoff — Helper-to-human case routing. Matches need to available humans by urgency, role, language, accessibility, place, availability, conflicts of interest. Works without giving Mi full profile access.

  7. MiAppeal — Due-process correction engine. Unified case flow for all appeals: notice, evidence, reviewer independence, time limits, interim restrictions, member response, decision, remedy, escalation, export during case.

PART 5A — MISTORY STUDIOS (Autonomous Content Production)

MiStory Studios is the media creation engine. It enables autonomous and human-guided content production for community storytelling, education, and media across all formats and languages.

The Autonomous Content Loop

A 5-stage pipeline that runs continuously:

  1. SENSE — Monitor community activity, analytics, needs, events
  2. THINK — AI decides story angles, identifies what matters
  3. CREATE — Generate content (text, audio, video, graphics) autonomously or with human input
  4. PUBLISH — Distribute to all platforms in multiple languages

  • Tools to make things (accessible, not overwhelming)

PART 5B — VANGUARD PROTOCOL & ECO-BOUNTIES

The Vanguard Protocol (Gangs to Guilds)

Out-competing the streets. Better protection, better brotherhood, legitimate income through peer-rewarded community service.

Coordinape Guilds

  • Form a Vanguard Circle (5-12 people)
  • Defend and clean your block (real tasks, not violence)
  • At end of week, peer-review your crew (Coordinape-style)
  • Divide the community's $MLY protection bounty based on peer assessment
  • Standing grows. Reputation builds. Income is legitimate.

How It Works

Spotting (Report a Hazard):

  1. Take a photo of illegal dumping, graffiti, or trash
  2. Upload to platform
  3. YOLOv8 AI analyzes the image, classifies hazard type and severity
  4. System auto-prices a cleanup bounty based on analysis
  5. You earn $MLY for spotting (smaller reward)

Sweeping (Claim a Cleanup):

  1. Go to a mapped hazard location
  2. Clean it up
  3. Upload "After" photo
  4. LLaVA AI (multimodal vision) verifies the cleanup against the "Before"
  5. $MLY escrow released instantly to you (larger reward)

Integration Points

  • OpenLitterMap for geographic hazard mapping

PART ELEVEN — LEGAL & SECURITY

MiLegal Design Rule

DEFAULT = DENY for every regulated capability.
ENABLE  = only if (jurisdiction profile says yes) AND (user consent) AND (capability class <= local ceiling).
STRICTER WINS when profiles conflict (device, user, community, host nation).
NO stealth enablement.

Jurisdiction Profile

On first run, MiBoot asks (never silently GPS-locks):

  1. Where do you primarily operate? (country/region)
  2. Licensed radio amateur? (callsign, class)
  3. Deploying for household, cooperative, school, or clinic?
  4. Will minors use this device?
  5. Do you accept that MiLyfe is not a government?

Profiles ship as signed OPA bundles, updated like definitions, reviewable, forkable. Communities may only tighten, never loosen, the national floor.

Data Classification

  • Public: profile name, standing badges (if shown), community posts
  • Neighbors: location (approximate), activity, availability
  • Household: kids, shared finances, chores
  • Private: health, legal papers, abuse history, messages
  • Sealed: child reports, sealed appeals, witness recordings

Threats Acknowledged

Stolen phone · abusive partner · sybil UBI · captured vote · helper gone wrong · supply-chain attack · lawful process (we hold little; no magic immunity)

Security Posture

Season Method (How Development Cycles Work)

  1. MiNeed listens for 14 days (what's missing, what's hurting)
  2. MiStory publishes the weather (no names — just patterns)
  3. MiPlacePlan writes one-page season: "This season: Learn X, Safe Y, Share Z"
  4. Street keepers accept or rewrite
  5. MiGit opens tickets ONLY for that page
  6. MiHeal applies what is safe. Humans apply the rest.
  7. Season ends. Story says what changed. Repeat.

One profile system. Tabs change by kind.

Person

Photo, name, languages, skills offered, help needed, accessibility, "how to pronounce me," home place, standing words chosen to show, shop badges if working somewhere.

Youth

Profile through a grown-up. Gifts into a watched pocket. No UBI until money-age. No adult DMs. No public location. Safety always accessible.

Household

Members, kids (hidden from strangers), shared jar, chores if they want them, steward.

Shop (First-Class Product)

  • Pin on the STREET (not a global feed — local first)
  • Hours, ramp/step accessibility, languages
  • Whether they take $MLY / cash / card
  • Today's surplus (food that will spoil → neighbors)
  • Hire board: neighbors first, then town
  • Complaint button (MUST be answered in 7 days or standing says "doesn't answer")
