MiLyfe is a digital voluntary commons. A sovereign community platform where:
- One account does everything (money, learning, marketplace, governance, safety, messaging, media, work)
- People own it by running it, holding keys, voting in their place, forking if captured
- Every device is a node on the mesh
- It works when the internet fails
- Human development is the product (not engagement metrics, not advertising, not data extraction)
- Not a government, not a state, not a nation
- Not a nonprofit, not a company, not equity
- Not a bank, not an exchange, not a financial institution
- Not a court of record, not a land registry
- Not a hospital, not a law firm, not the police
Jacksonville spends ~55% on public safety and ~3.5% on human development. MiLyfe inverts that. Presence, skill, speed to help — not cages.
The protocol is unregistered and ownerless — like BTC.
Users own it by running nodes, holding keys, voting in their place, forking if captured.
Doorways (shops, ramps) are people and businesses who choose to accept $MLY. If they custody or cash out for the public, THEY follow MSB/MiCA/local rules. MiLyfe does not run that booth.
It begins where the American promise begins — and it belongs to everyone:

Anyone, anywhere can sign up from day one. MiLyfe is universal from the first day it opens — not US-only, not invite-gated, not "coming to your country later." A person in any nation can create one account and use the whole platform immediately. The United States (starting in Jacksonville) is simply where it is being proven first — the proving ground, not a gate on who may join. As communities and nations adopt it, the platform evolves to honor their founding promises and their law of the land (see Principle 16), but no one anywhere has to wait for that to begin.
"We the People" is not one nation's slogan here — it is the shared principle underneath all of them: the people hold the power. MiLyfe does not claim to be a government, a state, or a legal authority (see Principle 18). It is a voluntary commons built to help the People live out that promise in daily life: government by the people and for the people, wherever they live. The American Preamble opens with three words — We the People — and those three words are where this Oath begins. It begins here; it belongs to everyone.
These principles cannot be changed by any vote.
- We the People. Power belongs to the people and stays with them — everywhere, from day one. Anyone, anywhere can join and hold that power immediately; no one waits for permission or for their country to be "added." MiLyfe exists to deliver government by the people and for the people in practice, not as a slogan. It is proven first in the United States and evolves as other nations adopt it, each keeping power with their own people. Everything below serves this. This is the whole play.

A community credit issued by public rules within the MiLyfe platform. Real from day one. No CEO. No founder mint. No APY. No "investment in our team."
Earn it:
- UBI: weekly credits to every verified human member
- Quests: complete real community tasks (verify resources, teach, clean, care)
- Contributions: care, peace, teach, keep, build, consented sensor operation
- Circulation bonuses: small, capped bonuses for accepting and spending locally
Spend it:
- Marketplace purchases (goods, services, food, rides)
- Shop payments (any shop that chooses to accept)

Trade it (voluntary, legal, from day one):
- Peer-to-peer swap with anyone who consents
- Cash, BTC, goods, food, labor — anywhere two people agree
- No permission needed from MiLyfe or anyone else
- The protocol does NOT geo-fence a peer payment
Save it:
- Personal jars (goals, emergency fund)
- Household shared jars (rent, food, kids)
- Community pots (place treasury, circle treasury)
- Does not run an exchange (no order book, no market-making, no listing)
- Does not custody other people's money (your credits, your keys, your export)
- Does not sell $MLY (no ICO, no token sale, no investor allocation, no pre-mine beyond UBI)
- Does not pitch $MLY as an investment (no APY, no yield, no dividends, no appreciation promise)
- Does not set the price (peer swaps happen at whatever rate two people agree to)
- Does not restrict peer-to-peer trading between consenting adults
Two people can voluntarily exchange anything they both consent to. This is basic commerce and barter, legal everywhere.
If someone runs a public cash-out booth or exchange desk, THEY are the exchange. They follow MSB/MiCA/local rules. MiLyfe does not operate that booth. We may list self-declared community doorways (places that accept $MLY) — listing is not operating.

$MLY is a community credit. It is not a security (no expectation of profit from others' efforts). It is not a commodity (no underlying asset). It is not a currency (not issued by a government). It is a voluntary medium of exchange within a community — same legal category as arcade tokens, airline miles, or co-op store credit — except members can freely trade them peer-to-peer because we don't restrict that right.
- Weekly UBI: every verified human member. Not shops. Not helpers. Not extra cards. Kids: gift-only until money-age.
- Contribution: care, peace, teach, keep, build, consented sensors. Local first.
- Circulation: small, capped bonuses for accepting and spending locally and teaching the pocket.
- NEVER: founder cut, investor allocation, HODL contest, referral pyramid, buying a right.
- Default pot split: 70% place / 30% commons (so Jacksonville is not drained by distant farms).
- Earn caps per week (so whales cannot eat UBI).
- 34% treasury circuit breaker: spending over 34% of total $MLY triggers 48-hour cool-down + 80% supermajority required
- No deprivation: no ledger debit that would cause negative balance
- Freeze: safety freeze available for abuse situations (leave-now)
- Export: full transaction history exportable at any time, even during disputes
- Three pots visible: Weekly (yours) / Thanks (what you received) / Place (community)

MiLyfe is not one app for one kind of person. Every situation from Book A §V:
Full street organs: pot, class, pulse, story, shop pin. Care and peace. Never face-hunt the block.
Kid hours coordination, food, rides, night class compatibility, babysit swaps. Confirmed care. Never judge their private life.
Leave-now (one tap: freeze jars, hide location, remove devices, shelter list). Hidden visibility. Safety is not earned. Never force a table with an abuser.
Steward on the profile. Learn path. First-home jar. Time-boxed path boost. Never pity feed.
Profile does NOT require an address. "Where do you spend time?" Library/kiosk OK. Showing up to a path earns. Never demand an ID they don't have.
Check-ins THEY set (not surveillance). Rides. Story-keeping (their voice, their history). Visits the elder confirms. Never silent tracking.
Peace table. Exit pathways (work, art, sport, parenting). Verified peace and good conduct rewarded. Never pay for territory or "protection."
Offline lessons. Family contact where the facility allows. Courses and teaching others inside. Never contraband, escape, or fraud.
Day-one pocket (first-month credits). Clothes/food jar. Real ID help. Job board (neighbors first). Calendar with dates. Work weeks and no-new-harm windows. Never hide from a lawful officer.
Kim's desk. Tutors. Play streets. Learning — no $MLY until money-age. Adult DMs and public location NEVER allowed. Games, sandbox, vault, stickers, interactive stories. Safety always one tap away.

If a person can do this on a Tuesday with no internet, no car, and a 6th-grade reading level, the product works.
Members never see these names. Builders use them.

MiAction — Common human-action protocol. Every consequential action carries: actor, role, place, jurisdiction, audience, purpose, sensitivity, state, approvals, consent, source, expiry, reversal rules, appeal route, offline rule, human-readable explanation.

MiStory Studios is the media creation engine. It enables autonomous and human-guided content production for community storytelling, education, and media across all formats and languages.

- Ban from a place → you keep the global profile; that street cannot see you; appeal available
