Integrate new FSKX Ontology into the Semantic Layer and FSKX-to-RDF Generator

The FSKXO has seen a major restructuring in how it is built, mainly for reasons of better maintainability. Unique Identifiers (URI) were kept the same were possible.

ToDo: Integrate the new FSKXO and fix inconsistencies that arise with the Semantic Layer and/or the FSKX-to-RDF Generator
