Add a `subsets` slot to capture ontology subsets

There is currently no node property in Biolink to carry ontology subset membership (oboInOwl:inSubset) through to downstream knowledge graphs.

Proposal: add a node slot (e.g. subsets) that holds the list of ontology subsets a term belongs to, mapped to oboInOwl:inSubset.
