Biolink Model currently accepts ICD10 as a valid prefix for Disease, however, we have a bunch of mappings in Babel that go to ICD10CM instead. Should ICD10CM: CURIEs be normalized to ICD10:? Should we add ICD10CM: as a separate identifier system? I'm not sure what the right move is here.
