Trademarks for lesson programs - Include LC?

One more question about the topic of logos. The logos page says The Carpentries, Software Carpentry, and Data Carpentry are trademarked. Does this mean Library Carpentry is not?

Status update

• The organisation has not previously trademarked the Library Carpentry (LC) logo. Existing trademarks include The Carpentries, Software Carpentry, Data Carpentry, and the wrench logo, which have already been transferred from fiscal sponsorship (Community Initiatives).
• With HPC Carpentry preparing to onboard as a new lesson program, there is agreement that LC and HPC Carpentry names and logos should be trademarked.
• The current LC logo was developed by the lesson community and should be trademarked.

Next steps

• Kari has updated the existing trademarks task in Asana to confirm pricing and requirements for trademarking Library Carpentry and HPC Carpentry (names and logos).
