Build without Dockerfile

Could we introduce a way to generate necessary binaries with the host toolchains instead of using Docker build?
Since our network environment is poor, Dockerfile is really inconvenient at least for daily development.

We can move some of the logic to scripts to make it easier to run some build commands in the dev loop

Hi @dmcgowan, it doesn't need to consider cross-compilation but at least it'd be much helpful for me to contribute and develop nerdbox if a Linux host build can work without Dockerfile, otherwise it's much harder for me to get a clean nerdbox test environment.
