The following applies to the official Hibiki instance with the Discord username Hibiki#1448 and user ID 493904957523623936.
- No personally identifiable information is purposefully logged or stored.
- It is your responsibility to ensure no private information is provided to Hibiki.
- Logs are retained for no more than 30 days and are solely used for debugging.
When running a command, the following is logged:
- Any arguments provided to the command.
- Your account's username and unique user ID.
- The name and unique server ID of the server the command was ran in.
When installing or removing Hibiki, the following is logged:
- Your account's username and unique user ID.
- Your server's creation date, icon, name, member count, and unique server ID.
When configuring Hibiki, the following is stored in the database:
- Your Discord server's unique server ID.
- If provided, the unique channel ID of your configured starboard channel.
- If provided, the amount of star reactions required before starring a message.
When adding a message to the starboard, the following is stored in the database:
- The unique user ID(s) of user(s) that reacted with a star.
- The unique server ID where the original message is located.
- The unique message ID and creation date of the original message.
- The unique message ID and creation date of the starboard message.
No message content is stored. To opt-out of the starboard, see the Data requests clause. Please note that the starboard will no longer count your reactions nor function for you if you opt-out.
Please do not submit GitHub issues for data requests.
You may remove your server's configuration data from the database by running the /setup clear command, if you are the owner.
