Grouping classes mix unspecified and directional phenotypes #1015

Description

@matentzn

Two UPHENO grouping classes conflate an unspecified abnormality with a directional phenotype:

  • UPHENO:7000419 groups “abnormal partial thromboplastin time” with “increased partial thromboplastin time” and “prolonged partial thromboplastin time”
  • UPHENO:7000912 groups “abnormal hemangiosarcoma incidence” with “increased hemangiosarcoma incidence” (labeled as “angiosarcoma”)

These arise because the cross-species mapping connected the unspecified and directional terms into the same component, and create-upheno-groupings merged them into one class.
Found while working on #1012.
