LGTM, not a blocker but can you please add these attributes to the vcr tests and conformance tests. If it's added please ignore my suggestion.

what's better now is that the dashboard live status comment now tells authors how to manually reroute if needed using /dashboard route:reviewers (and sends them a nudge comment after a week in case they missed the dashboard status)
