Veros using 10% of CPU

When I'm running the codes, from task manager I can see that the CPU is only being used for %10. How can I utilize all of the CPU?
I have i9-13900KS CPU and RTX 4090 GPU. I'd like to speed up the simulations. I tried using Jax but looks like it's not working on windows.

This is going to be difficult on Windows. You could use JAX or MPI to speed things up. Either way I recommend you use the Windows Subsystem for Linux to run an embedded Ubuntu on your Windows machine. Then, installing JAX and MPI should be much easier.
