Alpine MTB Map - licences

This repository holds three different kinds of thing, and they cannot all carry
the same licence. Which one applies depends on the file:

    alpine-mtb-map.kml                       ODbL 1.0        (section 1)

    src/, scripts/, index.html,              MIT             (section 2)
    vite.config.js, package.json, .github/

Map tiles are not part of this repository. They are served by, and remain the
property of, OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap (CC BY-SA) and CyclOSM.

1. MAP DATA - Open Database License (ODbL) v1.0

Covers alpine-mtb-map.kml

These files contain information derived from OpenStreetMap. The trail
geometries (the <LineString> / LineString coordinates) were extracted from
OpenStreetMap relations, which makes this a derivative database under the Open
Database License. ODbL is share-alike, so the database as a whole is released
under the same terms.

You are free to:

  Share  - copy, distribute and use the database
  Create - produce works from the database

Individual contents of the database - the descriptive text, prices, travel
times and trail notes - are additionally made available under the Database

There is no OpenStreetMap data in any of them.
