LDAP queries are not validated for depth, which can cause the parser (both PEG and ASN) to exhaust the stack. This may cause a denial of service in applications that process queries.
The product does not properly control the amount of recursion that takes place, consuming excessive resources, such as allocated memory or the program stack.
