For the EBI gene2phenotype ingest, I encountered a validation issue - some of the edge properties I was using weren't explicitly included in the Association specifications.
This PR addresses these issues:
update_dateis a general property that any Association may haveallelic requirementandsubject form or variant qualifierto thegene to disease or phenotypic feature association, because I assume these properties would be applicable to this association.
