Agent Documentation Update

Findings

Area Issue File(s)
accuracy src/safe_outputs/assign_work_item.rs exists in the codebase (registered in src/safe_outputs/mod.rs and fully documented under assign-work-item in docs/safe-outputs.md), but it was missing from the safe_outputs/ architecture tree listing in AGENTS.md AGENTS.md

Applied Fixes

  • Added assign_work_item.rs to the safe_outputs/ directory listing in AGENTS.md, in alphabetical order between assign_github_issue_to_user.rs and close_github_issue.rs

Notes

Verified by diffing find src/safe_outputs -name '*.rs' against the file list in AGENTS.md's architecture tree — assign_work_item.rs was the only real gap (all other apparent diff entries belong to other directories/modules, not safe_outputs/). Confirmed the tool is otherwise fully wired: registered in src/safe_outputs/mod.rs and documented in docs/safe-outputs.md (### assign-work-item section), so this was purely a stale file-tree omission in AGENTS.md, not a broader documentation gap.
