This system architecture, programmatic state engine, and accessible vector interfaces were conceptualized, illustrated, and written entirely from scratch by Muhammad Omar Khan.

- Logistical Optimization: Automated priority ranking for transport and simultaneous route intercepts to minimize treatment delay, backed by QR verification ledgers.
- Technical Architecture: Built on an SPA state router, cellular failover SMS telemetry pipeline for zero-bandwidth fail-safes, WHO-aligned clinical triage protocols, and predictive AI modeling integrated with NDMA data.
