CVE Remediation

Bumps postcss from 8.2.13 to 8.5.26 to fix CVE-2026-45623.

Vulnerability

CVE-2026-45623 (Moderate, CVSS 7.5): PostCSS PreviousMap parses sourceMappingURL comments and dereferences paths against the local filesystem without scheme, allowlist, or traversal checks. An attacker controlling CSS input can read arbitrary files and cause DoS. Fixed in postcss 8.5.12.

Changes

  • Updated resolutions in frontend/package.json: "postcss": "^8.2.13""^8.5.26"
  • Regenerated frontend/yarn.lock
  • Transitive deps updated: nanoid 3.1.22 → 3.3.18, picocolors and source-map-js added

Testing

All 4000 tests passed (585 suites, 0 failures).
