CVE Remediation: postcss bump

Bumps postcss from 8.2.13 to 8.5.26 to remediate two path-traversal / information-disclosure vulnerabilities:

• CVE-2026-45623 (Moderate, CVSS 7.5): PreviousMap dereferences sourceMappingURL against the local filesystem with no traversal check. Fixed in postcss 8.5.12.
• CVE-2026-69153 (Important, CVSS 7.5): PreviousMap.loadFile() reads unintended source-map files via absolute or directory-traversal sourceMappingURL when from is unset. Fixed in postcss 8.5.19.

postcss 8.5.26 covers both fixes.

Changes

• frontend/package.json: Updated resolutions.postcss from ^8.2.13 to ^8.5.19
• frontend/yarn.lock: Regenerated (postcss 8.2.13 → 8.5.26 with updated transitive deps)
