@bcc32 Thanks and I had refactored the code towarding to your comments.
The eglot is a built in package since emacs-29, and Spacemacs eglot layer is expirental, so this layer does not depends on Spcemacs eglot layer.

The suggested configuration actually does not work on a buffer which alrady has an eglot-server.

This PR provides a practical configuration and is fully adapted to Spacemacs, easy for a normal user.
