Interactive dashboard to visualize monitoring data from MRI scanner log files

Data sources

This program uses parameter data extracted from three Philips MRI scanners at the Amsterdam UMC. Part of the data files are published to my repository in the folder "Demo_Data".

Run the script log_data_viewer.py with Streamlit in terminal using the following command:

streamlit run .\log_data_viewer.py
